Coaching services are provided online through private virtual sessions and digital materials. The coaching process is structured to help clients clarify objectives, create action plans, and foster accountability. All services and materials are intended for individual, professional use.

Coaching is open to business owners, managers, and leaders aged 18 or older. Clients agree to actively participate in sessions, complete exercises, and communicate promptly. Honest effort is expected throughout the engagement.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. I will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. You accept full responsibility for your own decisions and actions. Results of coaching are not guaranteed.

All prices are set according to the programs listed on this website. Payments are due in advance of service via Stripe. Your spot in any program is confirmed when payment is received. For billing questions, refer to the Contact page.

Details on cancellations and eligibility for refunds are outlined in the Refund Policy. Please review that policy for information specific to each program.

All program materials, exercises, and written feedback are the property of Manuel Redondo. Materials are provided for your individual use and may not be shared, republished, or distributed.

All information shared in coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

I reserve the right to discontinue coaching services for non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or if coaching is not a suitable fit. Any unused, pre-paid sessions will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
